Heating mats

Rectangular mats
Tilda Publishing
Standard rectangular heating mats are mats in rolls designed for use in rectangular rooms or similar to heating mats from other manufacturers (cut, lay out on any area, etc.).

Standard mats can be manufactured with a power of 100, 150, 250 and 400 watts per 1 m². The width of the mats can be 50, 100, 150 and 200 cm. The length of standard mats (optional): 4 m, 6 m, 8 m, 10 m, 12 m, 15 m, 20 m and 25 m.

IMPORTANT: Rectangular mats can be made from 220 (380) volt cables or from low-voltage, ultra-safe 12-24 (6-30) volt cables.

The mats use standard 10 W/metre cables. The calculation is simple. For example, let's take a 220-volt heating mat, 100 cm wide, with a power of 150 watts per 1 m² and a length of 12 metres. Let's calculate the area and power. Area: 100 cm (=1 metre) x 12 metres = 12 m². Power: 12 m² x 150 watts = 1800 watts. The closest cable covering the 1800 watt specification is a 220-volt, 2200-watt cable. It is 220 metres long and has a power rating of 2200 watts. This means that it will be installed on a mat 12 m long and 100 cm wide, with an area of 12 m². This means that 220 m will be placed on an area of 12 m² and, accordingly, the installation pitch will be 12 x 100/220 ~ 5.4 cm, and the actual power per 1 m² is 2200 / 12 = 183.3 watts. Nevertheless, such a mat is marked as a mat with a power of 150 W/m². The calculation is similar for all other series of mats.

Arbitrary mats (custom-made-mat: CMM)
Tilda Publishing
Quite recently (2012), our engineers developed, patented and implemented a method for manufacturing so-called CMM (Custom-made-mat). The essence of the method is that, based on a drawing, sketch, plan or photograph of the area where the electric underfloor heating is to be installed, with the mandatory indication of dimensions, our company will manufacture the CMM and send it to you by post or transport company.
It will be a heating mat similar to your floor, fully corresponding to the dimensions, all protrusions and contours (geometry), which can be laid out on your floor in a minute. Given that the mat is manufactured according to the contours and dimensions taken from the surface of your floor, the fit is 100% accurate and you can immediately start laying tiles or pouring cement screed.
CMM can be manufactured for any area. The width of the mat can be up to 2 m, the length - up to 25 m. If you need to manufacture a mat for areas larger than 2 metres in both length and width, it is possible to combine and join the mats using a mosaic principle. All mats will be numbered and a laying diagram (the order of laying the mats on the floor) will be provided. A width of 2 metres has been chosen as the limit for ease of transport.
The power per square metre is selected according to the purpose of the room (area, surface) and can vary from 100 to 400 watts per m2. For installation in anti-icing systems for steps, ramps, platforms, access roads and roofs, we offer power from 250 to 400 watts per m². Increased power is also used in heat accumulation systems.

In addition, the mats can be manufactured for different voltages - 110/120, 220/240, 380/440 volts AC and, ON REQUEST, for 12/24 (6-30) volts DC and AC. Low-voltage ultra-safe mats are designed for use in rooms with high humidity, in which case the use of 220 V voltage in the floor is excluded. Another advantage of low-voltage mats is their increased service life. Even by the most conservative estimates, such mats are capable of stable operation for over 40 years.
For dry and damp rooms. The only way to get ‘underfloor heating’ when you're not renovating!

Heating carpets for
dry rooms
Carpets (mats) are made to order, one at a time, and consist of a heat-insulating underlay, heating tape, power cord and a step-down device.

We can manufacture a mat from scratch or apply a heating layer with thermal insulation to your mat (carpet).
The step-down device can have a standard or decorative design. Its function is to prevent the use of dangerous 220-volt voltage, even in dry rooms.

The minimum size is 20 x 30 cm.
The maximum recommended size is 6 square metres, regardless of shape.
Heating carpets for wet rooms
Carpets (rugs) are made to order, one piece at a time, and consist of a heat-insulating underlay, a 6-12 volt heating cable, a power cord and a step-down device with full galvanic isolation and protection for the entire system.

We can manufacture a mat ‘from scratch’ or apply a heating layer with thermal insulation to your mat (carpet), provided that your mat is made of suitable material.
The step-down device can have a standard or decorative design. Its function is to completely isolate the cable itself from any contact with the power supply and provide 100% protection against electric shock, even under direct water flow.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

From day one, we have pursued a simple goal: everyone who has purchased even 1 square metre should recommend us to ANYONE who asks them about ‘Warm Floor’. This speaks not only to our quality and price, but also to our attitude towards each individual customer, whether it's a grandmother who bought a 1 square metre rug for her balcony or a wholesaler who bought €100,000 worth of products to become a regional representative.
A rigorous, reliable and clear approach, not only in technical terms but also in terms of marketing, has meant that we have saved each of our customers from overpaying, and ourselves from unnecessary and pointless advertising costs. We are proud that we have not spent a single penny on advertising for over 25 years! All our customers come from those who have already bought from us or simply recommended us to their friends. It is a kind of closed system, so you will not find our ‘Warm Floors’ in construction hypermarkets or marketplaces.
But one rule works absolutely clearly: Bring in a buyer – receive a commission EXACTLY in accordance with the purchase volume of the buyer you brought in. And it doesn't matter how many times that buyer comes back to us! You will always receive a commission corresponding to the volume of the transaction, which most often becomes a wonderful surprise and encourages you to attract new and new buyers. There is nothing more foolish in business than ‘bypassing the middleman’ or following the rule that ‘the middleman gets paid once...’
Everyone earns money with us, always — as long as there is a market!

HISTORY

We started our work in August 1997. At that time, the topic of ‘warm floors’ was relatively unknown and new, and our first customers were, of course, retail customers, many of whom were interested in the issues of reliability, safety, and durability. In particular, questions were raised about the harm/benefit to the blood vessels in the legs and the presence of a magnetic field. People were also interested in the question, ‘How long will the cable last?’
The first heating cable samples were quite simple and were manufactured individually, to specific orders. At that time, it was difficult to create a stockpile, as the volumes were small and the material itself was selected for the corresponding heating area.
Over time, at the end of 1999, we managed to standardise all possible options into one type of cable with a power of 10 W/sq. m. Various thermostats were used, mainly De-Vi (Denmark). But since 2001, we have been using our own thermostats, which were significantly cheaper than the Danish ones and ensured reliable cable switching. At that time, we decided to use start relays and magnetic starters, as well as triac electronic relays to fully facilitate the operation of the thermostat and significantly extend its service life.
In 2012, we developed low-voltage, ultra-safe ‘warm floors’ and, in the same year, CMM. This marked a new era in the development of our company as a manufacturer of high-quality electric heating systems.
In 2013, a unique marketing system was introduced, targeting the end consumer. This is the so-called Stand System, which, in combination with the ‘Minus 10’ approach, has shown excellent results. This method is still used today.
In 2017, we launched the production of heating mats of various shapes and sizes for dry and wet rooms. These mats are available to order and can be delivered to any country in the world.
We are happy to bring warmth to your homes and have been doing so successfully for 28 years

OUR ADVANTAGES

Technically, all thermostats operate in an extremely gentle, light mode. In thermostats, the ‘main weak point’ is the relay that switches the load. In all other manufacturers' devices, the cables are connected to the thermostat itself, and the relay contacts burn out quite quickly, operating under the full load from powerful cables. In our thermostats, it is not the cable that switches, but the starting element, which in turn switches the cable. Therefore, the relays in our thermostats are not loaded and serve for a very long time!
Economical – we do not overpay for advertising and expensive ‘beautiful’ packaging, providing you with a high-quality product without overpaying for ‘unnecessary internal costs’. Therefore, our price is the best for our quality.
Installation and operation – When ordering an CMM, you do not overpay for expensive installation. Our retail department will manufacture a mat specifically for your area and geometry. All you have to do is lay out the finished mat in 30 seconds and lay tiles or pour cement screed.
WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW
It's difficult to choose a brand of underfloor heating — there are hundreds of them! Most brands offer different types of cables and mats. We offer one type of cable and one approach.
There's us — and then there's everyone else!
We are the only manufacturers of underfloor heating — with whom EVERYONE makes money!
  • What kind of cable is it?
Only one type of cable is used for underfloor heating. It is also used to make heating mats. Power output is 10 watts per metre. Power output per square metre depends on the cable laying pitch.
    1
  • What types of underfloor heating do we have?
For normal rooms, use a cable rated for 110-440 volts. For damp rooms, use a cable rated for 9-30 volts. A protective limiting device is used everywhere to increase reliability, service life and safety.
    2
  • Wholesale or Retail?
We are manufacturers. We offer wholesale, small wholesale and retail sales. Retail sales are conducted through dealers and partners, as well as through our retail department.
    3
  • What is the essence of the dealer and partner programme?
Various programmes allow you to receive a corresponding discount and earn money. The retail price is always the same.
